Calorific Value Walk:
A sixteen mile walk from Walthamstow to Epping via the A406 at Charlie Brown's and Junction 27 of the M25 & M11.
Walk undertaken in October 2016. Energy expenditure enough to burn off the calories consumed from 1 packet of spicy tomato Snaps, 10 molten caramel Rocky bars and 1 500ml bottle of Lucozade original. Classy!
